In this role, team members are responsible for safeguarding company assets, balancing bank drawers, processing financial transactions accurately, and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced casino environment.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will possess strong cash-handling skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to remain composed while handling multiple transactions and guest interactions throughout the shift.</p>\n<h3>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Safeguard company assets and maintain accuracy in all financial transactions</li>\n <li>Accurately balance assigned banks and maintain proper documentation</li>\n <li>Cash gaming chips, tokens, vouchers, and TITO tickets for guests in a timely and professional manner</li>\n <li>Process guest account transactions, including player’s club services and card replacements</li>\n <li>Handle check cashing, credit card advances, EFTPOS transactions, and foreign currency exchanges</li>\n <li>Prepare table fills and process table credits</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate balance sheets and inventory records for chip banks and cage transactions</li>\n <li>Perform vault functions, including handling currency, coin, and transaction records</li>\n <li>Assist Cage Supervisors and fellow Cashiers as needed</li>\n <li>Maintain confidentiality regarding all internal operations and financial activities</li>\n <li>Provide outstanding guest service while ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>QUALIFICATIONS</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>\n <li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required</li>\n <li>Previous gaming, banking, cashiering, or cash-handling experience preferred</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities</li>\n <li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>BENEFITS</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Federal Employees Medical Coverage</li>\n <li>Full Insurance Coverage Offerings</li>\n <li>401(k) with Day 1 Vesting & Company Match</li>\n <li>Quarterly Incentive Program</li>\n <li>Vacation, Holiday & Sick Pay</li>\n <li>Discounted Meal Program</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>WORK SCHEDULE</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Currently hiring for Grave Shift</li>\n <li>Must be flexible to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>WHY JOIN WARHORSE GAMING OMAHA?</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive starting pay</li>\n <li>Career growth opportunities within gaming and finance operations</li>\n <li>Team-oriented and fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Opportunity to work in one of Omaha’s premier entertainment destinations</li>\n</ul>\n<p>CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:Is this position responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they have comp authority?
