    "qualifications": "<p><strong>JOB DUTIES:</strong> (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Obtain complete medical history and physical data on patients.&nbsp; Review patient records.</li>\n\t<li>Order, interpret and integrate data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures needed.</li>\n\t<li>Perform a complete and/or focused physical exam and record findings.&nbsp; Establish presumptive diagnosis if needed.</li>\n\t<li>Order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures.&nbsp; Synthesize data to determine preliminary diagnosis and therapeutic plan utilizing principles of prevention.</li>\n\t<li>Administer injections, immunizations and/or oral medications.&nbsp; Suture wounds.&nbsp; Prepare written prescription orders for drugs and controlled substances.</li>\n\t<li>Interview and advise patients regarding health and illness prevention.&nbsp; Recommend community resources to meet patient and family needs.</li>\n\t<li>Instruct patient and family regarding medication and treatment instructions.&nbsp; Provide patient education.</li>\n\t<li>Assist physician by recording patient progress notes, issuing diagnostic orders and transcribing orders.</li>\n\t<li>Triage patient telephone calls and provide consultation.</li>\n\t<li>Perform independent evaluations and treatment procedures in emergency situations.</li>\n\t<li>Perform related work as required.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in a health care related field</li>\n\t<li>Graduation from an accredited school of nursing</li>\n\t<li>Successful completion of a post basic advanced practice formal education program</li>\n\t<li>Successful completion of all other requirements to practice as a nurse practitioner</li>\n\t<li>Evidence of annual completion of health related courses and/or seminars with a certificate or CEU&rsquo;s</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Master&rsquo;s Degree&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:&nbsp; </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Current Illinois state Advanced Practice Nurse Certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license</li>\n\t<li>Current Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse Controlled Substance license</li>\n\t<li>CPR Certification</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p>\n\n<p>Demands include sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, stretching and lifting up to 75 pounds.&nbsp; Hearing within, or correctable to, normal range, vision correctable to 20/20 and manual dexterity for the operation of office equipment is required.</p>\n\n<p><strong>TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong></p>\n\n<p>Work is performed in a medical office setting with possible exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, hazardous waste, bodily fluids and other waste common to a health care environment.&nbsp; Ionizing radiation and medicinal preparations are also common.&nbsp; Requirements include working weekends, evenings, holidays, etc. as associated with working in Convenient Care.</p>\n\n<p><strong>PAY AND BENEFITS:</strong></p>\n\n<p>The estimated pay range for this position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
