This role ensures the delivery of exceptional food quality, beverage service, and guest satisfaction. The F&B Director provides strategic and hands-on leadership to drive revenue, develop staff, drive operational excellence, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.</p>\n<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide leadership and direction for F&B management and staff within the park, ensuring consistent execution of quality, service, and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Establish and maintain revenue targets and P&L goals for individual outlets and overall F&B operations.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the General Manager and corporate F&B Director to meet and sustain financial goals while contributing to overall revenue strategy.</li>\n <li>Oversee bar and alcohol service programs, ensuring compliance with all TIPS, ServSafe, and state/local liquor regulations.</li>\n <li>Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of F&B managers, supervisors, and team members focused on guest service, efficiency, and consistency.</li>\n <li>Develop and manage annual operating budgets, including sales forecasting, cost of goods, labor management, and operating expenses.</li>\n <li>Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee purchasing, receiving, and inventory processes to ensure product quality and cost control.</li>\n <li>Enforce and monitor adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards through regular audits and staff training.</li>\n <li>Partner with the Marketing and Events teams to support group functions, special events, and promotional activations that drive per capita revenue.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Maintenance and Facilities teams to ensure equipment reliability and identify capital improvement needs for kitchens, bars, and concessions.</li>\n <li>Monitor guest feedback, sales performance, and labor reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.</li>\n <li>Serve as an active, visible leader throughout the park, supporting staff, engaging with guests, and ensuring smooth operations during high-volume periods.</li>\n <li>Foster a positive, accountable work culture that emphasizes teamwork, communication, and exceptional guest experiences.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE</p>\n<p>Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 7 years of progressive F&B management experience in a high-volume waterpark, amusement park, resort, or comparable entertainment venue.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of outdoor, quick-service, and bar operations within seasonal or large-capacity environments.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and achieve revenue and cost targets.</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and alcohol service laws.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory management software.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred or Required Upon Hire:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification.</li>\n <li>TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification.</li>\n <li>CPR/AED/First Aid certification.</li>\n <li>Experience managing catering or special event F&B operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>WORK ENVIRONMENT & AVAILABILITY</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the park’s operating season.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Physical ability to walk, stand, and move between outlets for extended periods.</li>\n <li>May be required to respond to urgent operational issues or emergencies during open hours.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-BM1</p>\n<h2>Who We Are</h2>\n<p>Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment platforms.
