The Vice President will lead a team dedicated to maintaining high standards and achieving operational efficiency within the Corporate Actions &amp; Tax function.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead and manage the Corporate Actions team by demonstrating expertise in corporate actions processes and ensuring timely and accurate execution of all related activities.&nbsp;</li><li><span>&nbsp;</span>Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and compliance, supporting BNY's commitment to excellence. –</li><li><span>&nbsp;</span>Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive and integrated service delivery, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. –&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making, contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives. –&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues with professionalism and expertise. - Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.</li></ul><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>5-10 years of work experience preferred.
