The ideal candidate will bridge strategic communications and media relations — helping shape narratives, manage client visibility, and execute impactful campaigns across media, cultural, and public platforms.</p>\n<p><br>This role requires a strong communicator with an eye for detail, a talent for storytelling, and the ability to manage relationships across stakeholders, journalists, and creative teams. Whether crafting a strategic plan, pitching to the press, or supporting on-site activations, you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ voices to life.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities<br><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic Communications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in the development and implementation of integrated communications strategies for clients and internal projects.</li>\n<li>Draft, edit, and localise written materials including key messages, speeches, talking points, and press releases in English and/or Arabic.</li>\n<li>Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitor positioning to inform campaign strategies.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the creation of high-level presentations, reports, and proposals.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with project leads and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and narrative alignment.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Media Relations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets across the UAE and wider region.</li>\n<li>Develop press kits and coordinate media outreach, interviews, and coverage opportunities.</li>\n<li>Write and distribute media materials, including press releases, media alerts, and feature stories.</li>\n<li>Monitor and analyse media coverage to identify opportunities and insights.</li>\n<li>Provide on-site media support at client events, openings, and activations.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Content &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to content calendars, newsletters, and social media strategy.</li>\n<li>Develop client reports (weekly, monthly, and post-campaign) tracking deliverables, reach, and impact.</li>\n<li>Maintain communications databases and press lists, ensuring accuracy and relevance.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Internal &amp; Administrative</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in client meetings, briefings, and workshops; document and follow up on action points.</li>\n<li>Prepare correspondence, documentation, and client deliverables in coordination with relevant departments.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">English</span> (Arabic fluency a strong advantage).</li>\n<li>Demonstrated understanding of UAE media landscape and cultural context.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Google Suite and media monitoring/reporting tools.</li>\n<li>Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with government or cultural sector clients.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with media outreach campaigns, influencer engagement, and brand positioning.<br></li>\n<li>Fluency in Arabic.</li>\n</ul>",
