The Security Driver may also be responsible for performing security advances for all business and event locations to be visited, if needed. &nbsp;In addition, the Security Driver may perform on-site security functions.</p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Competencies and Qualifications</u></strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>The minimum qualifications for employment as a Security Driver are:</p><ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Safe and professional driving skills.</li><li>Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.</li><li>Proficiency in use of MS Office Suite, GPS, Google Maps, and other traffic related applications including on board vehicular navigational systems.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.</li><li>Ability to interact with people in a cordial, direct and professional manner.</li><li>Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.</li><li>Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and overnight.</li><li>Highly organized, professional, and punctual with the ability to work with little or no direct supervision.</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure while providing a high level of customer service. Multitask, think, and respond to dynamic, ever-changing environments and conditions.</li><li>Strict confidentiality and situational sensitivity are mandatory.&nbsp;</li><li>Submission to a comprehensive background check and drug testing.</li></ul><p>Preferred qualifications include but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Active or retired law enforcement.</li><li>Military experience.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree.</li><li>Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL) and/or Class &ldquo;E&rdquo;.&nbsp;</li><li>Executive protection experience.</li><li>New York State Security Guard License.</li><li>Relevant professional work experience driver /chauffeur.</li><li>CPR / AED Certified.</li></ul>\n",
