          "text": "<p>** Based in Customer Location: Mountain View, CA&#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>Job Overview</strong></u><br>\nThis Finished Vehicle Logistics Coordinator will support both the end-to-end strategic design and tactical execution of finished vehicle transport from upfit locations to global markets. This role bridges the gap between high-level logistics routing and the granular, day-to-day oversight of freight forwarders, steamship lines, and 3PL partners. You will ensure that Autonomous Driving Vehicles (ADVs) move through the global supply chain with precision, compliance, and cost-efficiency.</p><p>Capable of processing shipments, track and trace, working directly with the customer and other departments in harmony, while maintaining a high standard of work and delivering excellent results</p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u><br>\n● Partner with freight forwarders to build and refine optimal logistics routings for new and existing<br>\ninternational markets.<br>\n● Identify optimal US and international ports based on transit times, costs, sailing frequency, and carrier<br>\noptions (prioritizing vessel owners/SSLs).<br>\n● Work with freight forwarder partners to evaluate and onboard warehousing 3PL/4PL solutions (origin and<br>\nin-market) to support vehicle containerization, inspections, etc.<br>\n● Collect and analyze cost vs. service data to facilitate SOW and PO creation.<br>\n● Enhance customer relationships by identifying and articulating areas for improvement in the overall<br>\ncustomer experience<br>\n● Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments, as well as carriers, vendors, and<br>\nother service providers<br>\n● Manage the execution of inland transportation from upfit centers to domestic ports, monitor vessel<br>\nschedules to align with program timelines.<br>\n● Collaborate with the Fleet Deployment (FD&amp;R) team to track vehicle readiness and synchronize truck<br>\npickups/deliveries<br>\n● Provide rigorous oversight of forwarders to ensure timely container pulls, loading, and documentation<br>\naccuracy.<br>\n● Ensure VIN-level detail, including Container and Seal IDs, are accurately captured for Packing Lists and<br>\nCommercial Invoices.<br>\n● Coordinate with Dangerous good teams to schedule inspections after loading but prior to document<br>\ncutoffs<br>\n● Partner with Trade Compliance to resolve potential blockers and ensure all tracking numbers and delivery<br>\ndocuments are provided to import brokers<br>\n● Maintain real-time tracking of all shipments, providing clear updates to internal stakeholders and<br>\nproactively resolving bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions as needed<br>\n● Maintain knowledge of customer and company policies on all aspects of product movement<br>\n● Create documented process for customers when requested - SOP/SWI creation<br>\n● Support the implementation of company’s culture within the team<br>\n● Work towards individual and department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<br>\n● Stay up to date with the best practices and techniques in supply chain and proactively apply new<br>\nknowledge to improve processes</p>",
