With an operational footprint spanning over 90 countries across four continents, and manufacturing sites in eight countries, we offer more than 2,000 medicines across various therapeutic areas worldwide.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Purpose:</span></span></p>\n<p>Manage costing activities to ensure accurate product costing, cost control, and profitability analysis within a manufacturing environment.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting Line:</span></p>\n<p>Reports to: Head Finance - Technical operations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead product costing (standard &amp; actual costing) processes.</li>\n<li>Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances.</li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing.</li>\n<li>Monitor inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS).</li>\n<li>Support pricing decisions and margin analysis.</li>\n<li>Partner with production teams to improve cost efficiency.</li>\n<li>Drive cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiency projects.</li>\n<li>Ensure proper cost allocation methods.</li>\n<li>Provide reports on plant performance and cost drivers.</li>\n<li>Support budgeting and forecasting related to manufacturing costs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance.</li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in costing within manufacturing.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis.</li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP CO module preferred).</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.</li>\n<li>Good understanding of production processes.</li>\n<li>High attention to detail and strong business partnering skills.</li>\n</ul>",
