    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Manage project from point of sale to point of completion serving as the main liaison between the customer and various departments within Betco.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Successfully hire, train, and monitor Crews, Site Superintendents, and Project Managers to meet current workload.</li>\n <li>Maintain documentation in the electronic file system.</li>\n <li>Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.</li>\n <li>Estimate costs and schedule deliveries per SOW.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and direct subcontractors onsite. </li>\n <li>Establish and maintain relationship with customer, keeping customer up to date on various stages of the job.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with Field Superintendent to ensure site is inspected in timely manner.</li>\n <li>Train and monitor PM with labor pricing, labor contracts/packets, and crew payments.</li>\n <li>Ensure vendor releases are made in timely manner.</li>\n <li>Assist customers with questions related to design and construction.</li>\n <li>Tactfully communicate with customers and crews to expedite any problems that arise.</li>\n <li>Submit billing advices to accounting.</li>\n <li>Initiate sales order revisions.</li>\n <li>Assist in securing GC License for various states, countries, and cities.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>JOB SPECIFICATIONS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous Construction experience required.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Three to five years related experience required.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in Manufacturing preferred.</li>\n <li>Intermediate computer skills required.</li>\n <li>Communication, organizational, and tactful thinking is required</li>\n <li>Some travel required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regularly required to walk, stand, reach, climb, and bend.</li>\n <li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
