    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Summary:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of equipment as well as the general upkeep of the facility.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Qualifications <em>(include but are not limited to</em></u></strong><em>):</em></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatics; generally acquired through technical training or through previous experience.</li><li>Good analytical skills; good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work well with others and independently as job needs require.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic computer skills&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work with chemicals.</li><li>Ability to wear a respirator, be in a confined space, follow lock-out/tag-out procedures.</li><li>Willing to certify on forklift.</li><li>Must actively participate in discussions of equipment, repair, and process improvements.</li><li>Must work in a safe and professional manner at all times</li><li>Incase of emergencies must be willing to work off-shifts and weekends when needed; willing to rotate on-call duties with team.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Safety and Environment Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Follow company policies such that you work in a safe manner with responsibility for the environment.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Duties<em>&nbsp;(include but are not limited to):</em></u></strong><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Repair equipment verify repair was effective and clean area when done.</li><li>Train with appropriate associates on preventative maintenance; follow-up to ensure that activities are completed correctly</li><li>Ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner</li><li>Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance is kept and up-to-date and documented</li><li>Work with contractors on repairing equipment from beginning to the end of the process; be present when contractors are in the facility</li><li>Complete all documentation as scheduled and assigned.</li><li>Assist in accurately tracking major/key parts for repairs.</li><li>5S Maintenance areas of the facility as directed.</li><li>Work with team to ensure maintenance items are gathered from receiving area.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Core Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p>Tier 1- Assistant</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Identify proper tools.</li><li>Entry level of mechanical understanding</li><li>Ability to handle basic repairs and PM&rsquo;s</li><li>Willingness to learn and ability to retain knowledge</li></ul><p>Tier 2- Entry level Tech</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Electrical PM&rsquo;s</li><li>Gas Welding</li><li>Proficient with battery tools</li><li>Find root cause then repair</li></ul><p>Tier 3- Technician</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to safely work independently by themselves.</li><li>Electrical knowledge</li><li>Electric welding</li><li>Improve equipment efficiency.</li></ul><p>Tire 4- Sr. Technician</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>PLC (Program Logic Controller) circuit knowledge</li><li>Efficiently read electrical blueprints</li><li>Mentor and lead team members</li></ul><p>Effectively communicate with management</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
