    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.31.14/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.31.14/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\">POSITION SUMMARY:</p><p>Instructor will use the CATCH PE program provided by the YMCA. &nbsp;CATCH PE provides physical education lessons to teach lifelong movement skills which blend fun and fitness. &nbsp;In addition, the instructor will teach various sports and team building skills while providing a quality experience to children that focuses on the YMCA values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.</p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p><p>Lead children ages 5-14 through the CATCH PE curriculum. &nbsp;Engage children in activities and games.</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p>Must have general knowledge of seasonal sports.</p><p>Must be able to provide transportation to and from YMCA and be on time for class, meetings, and trainings.</p><p>At least 18 years of age<em>.</em></p><p>CPR, First Aid, AED certifications within 30 days of hire date is preferred.</p><p>Previous experience with diverse populations. Ability to develop positive, authentic relationships with people from different backgrounds.</p><p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p><p>Ability to lift up to 20lbs, bend, stand, sit, walk, crawl for extended periods of time.</p>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
