This is a contract opportunity with a potential for a permanent opportunity for the right candidate; working for an outstanding company in the healthcare industry.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to support a high-visibility Procurement organization responsible for driving more than 80 strategic internal initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned project management professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, working independently, and delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p>While technology project management experience is not required, candidates with procurement, sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, or supply chain experience are highly desired.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Do</strong></p>\n<p>We calm the confusion of IT by guiding the connection between people and technology. You’ll also enjoy a generous paid time off package that includes not only vacation and sick time, but also Wellness and Volunteer Time Off days. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and manage multiple procurement and business-focused initiatives simultaneously using Agile project management methodologies.</li>\n <li>Drive project planning, execution, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communications across a large portfolio of projects.</li>\n <li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and project reviews.</li>\n <li>Partner with procurement leadership and cross-functional business teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are achieved.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.</li>\n <li>Identify project risks, dependencies, and obstacles while proactively developing mitigation plans.</li>\n <li>Coordinate priorities and resources across numerous concurrent initiatives.</li>\n <li>Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to leadership stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Utilize project management tools to track milestones, deliverables, budgets, and project health.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Min</h2>\n<h2>Max</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years of Project Management experience leading complex business initiatives.</li>\n <li>Proven experience serving as an Agile Project Manager.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Experience utilizing a variety of project management methodologies and project management tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Procurement, sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, contract management, or supply chain project experience.</li>\n <li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting enterprise business transformation or operational improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Because of the possibility for fraudulent job postings on many popular job boards, please be advised that Connection will never offer a position of employment without a complete interview process and communication with a “live person\".  </p>",
