This role is responsible for routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and excellent service to our residents. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a high-performing team, we’d love to meet you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete daily work orders, repairs, and service requests in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Assist with apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks</li>\n<li>Perform maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, and general building systems</li>\n<li>Conduct property inspections and support preventative maintenance programs</li>\n<li>Respond to emergency maintenance calls (on-call rotation required)</li>\n<li>Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–5 years of maintenance or trade experience in a residential or commercial setting</li>\n<li>General knowledge of building systems and repair work</li>\n<li>HVAC certification a plus but not required</li>\n<li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay depending on experience and certifications</li>\n<li>Compensation: $25/hr - $30/hr</li>\n<li>Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k)</li>\n<li>PTO, holidays, and career development support</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About HH Red Stone</span></p>\n<p>We are a fast-growing property management firm committed to delivering top-tier service and building strong teams.
