A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design and development, exceptional customer interfacing, and product quality is essential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Read and understand detailed design specifications and implement those specifications in software.</li>\n <li>Build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.</li>\n <li>Ensure quality of all technical aspects, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code.</li>\n <li>Create design specifications, documentation, and unit testing plans as defined by the agile development process.</li>\n <li>Reconcile differences and troubleshoot issues that are difficult and sometimes complex.</li>\n <li>Complete development tasks independently as well as under direction from the product architect and development leads.</li>\n <li>Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software solutions.</li>\n <li>Implement architectural and database design as they relate to product direction.</li>\n <li>Help maintain code quality, organization, and cleanliness.</li>\n <li>Collaborate across team and departments to design solutions that efficiently deliver the required enhancements on time and within budget.</li>\n <li>Assist junior developers in resolving issues and participates in sharing technical and system knowledge.</li>\n <li>Proactively looks for new tasks to complete and ways to assist the team in becoming more efficient.</li>\n <li>May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Node.js, React (or Vue.js) and familiarity with Express.</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of database design and development across both SQL and NoSQL technologies with MongoDB preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Git with experience in GitHub preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.</li>\n <li>Two or more (2+) years working in a software development role.</li>\n <li>Experience shipping readable, modular, reusable code to users.</li>\n <li>Understanding of web application architecture and computer science principles.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate ideas clearly and write intelligently.</li>\n <li>Self-starter who can take an idea from whiteboard to production.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in quantitative studies (e.g., computer science, math, economics, statistics, etc.).</li>\n <li>Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language.</li>\n <li>Experience with Command Line tools.</li>\n <li>Experience with Redis.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with VS Code.</li>\n <li>Experience with consumer lending and underwriting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hours of Work:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
