    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">CADD Tech</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Cardinal Civil Resources is currently looking for an employee with high integrity and an excellent attention to detail in order to fill a position as a CADD Tech.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Essential Functions and Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ideal candidate would serve as a Survey CADD Operator &amp; possess a superior skill set that includes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Perform some office duties, including data reduction, field note reduction, calculations, data checks and staking computations using survey computer programs and IntelliCAD</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Daily CADD production to complete Boundary, Topographic, House Location Surveys.  In addition, drafting of Grading Plans, Easement Plats, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Carlson Civil Suites with IntelliCAD (Primary)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">GIS (Secondary)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Attention to detail and self-motivated with the ability to think critically</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Performs mathematical calculations and checking of field data</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Reads and understands plans and specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Know basic sources of measurement errors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Basic understanding of geometry and grading</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Performs other duties as assigned</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Education and/or Experience</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
