In this position, you’ll direct, supervise, and coordinate the overall operations of a practice as well as advise, coach, and mentor practice staff. Routine decisions include independently addressing issues at the practice level.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Think you’ve got what it takes?</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or Health Science related field <i><strong>required</strong></i></li><li>Three years formal supervisory experience in healthcare administration, healthcare operations, or practice management <i><strong>required</strong></i></li><li>High School diploma or GED required</li><li>PRA MANA - Practive Manager from the Practice Management Institute preferred</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Monitors work flow and ensures adequate coverage of level 3 practice</li><li>Schedules staff based on practice needs and fiscal constraints.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors/approves time off requests to assure adequate coverage.</li><li>Requests temporary staff per policy.</li><li>Interviews applicants, in conjunction with HR and ADRO/ DRO, to assure that open positions are filled in a timely manner by qualified candidates.</li><li>May partner with Physician Site Leader in daily operations.</li><li>Ensures staff compliance with TCP policies and procedures and external regulatory agencies of level 3 practice</li><li>Demonstrates knowledge of TCP policies and procedures.</li><li>Holds staff accountable for policy and procedure violations, addressing any performance or conduct issues in a timely, consistent manner</li><li>Maintains budget</li><li>Monitors production and ensures proper utilization of appointment templates</li><li>Reviews CBO reports monthly to identify areas for improvement. Implements plan and re-evaluates for effectiveness</li></ul>",
