Also perform other duties in the areas of food and quality control required, including product temperature, order accuracy, and timeliness of production/service. Provide EXTREME HOSPITALITY to create an exceptional and unique experience for all our guests to work toward the long-term goal of creating lifelong fans. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<p>• Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of products served. <br>• Perform all necessary duties for each and every position in the kitchen. Able to accurately complete all assigned duties. <br>• Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. <br>• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products on line stations to assure a smooth service period. <br>• Portion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications. <br>• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, fryers, flat top, range, and refrigeration equipment. <br>• Maintain a cheerful, optimistic presence throughout the duration of the shift. A warm and welcoming attitude and demeanor are always a must in an open kitchen.<br>• Handle, store, label, and rotate all products properly. <br>• Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed. <br>• Close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assist others in closing the kitchen.<br>• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty. <br>• Refer to prep lists at the start of every shift. <br>• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor. <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<p>• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity. <br>• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings, and special events. <br>• Frequent use of hands and arms, and constitution to stand on feet for long periods of time.<br>• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently bend and twist from the waist. <br>• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel. <br>• A passion for EXTREME HOSPITALITY.</p>",
