Implement and monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting as necessary.</span></span></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
