    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">                                               ARE YOU READY TO WORK FOR A GREAT TEAM? </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you have a High School Diploma and 3 years of experience in mental health, we are looking for you! </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT WE OFFER: </span></p>\n<p>Flexible Schedules </p>\n<p>Hybrid position </p>\n<p>Competitive Pay </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Purpose:  </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Under the direction of a QMHP, a CSSP provides training to the client and natural supports that addresses the serious emotional disturbance and symptom-related problems that interfere with the client’s functioning, provides opportunities to acquire and improve skills needed to function as appropriately and independently as possible in the community, and facilitates the client’s community integration and increases his or her community tenure.  This service includes treatment planning to facilitate resiliency. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Qualifications: </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">CSSP ~</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>• High school diploma or high school equivalency<br>• Three continuous years of documented full-time experience in the provision of MH rehabilitative services<br>• Demonstrated competency in the provision and documentation of MHTCM and MH rehabilitative services</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">General Responsibilities: </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The workers is responsible for providing medical necessary services to the client in accordance with the treatment plan that is designed to meet the mental health, educational, vocational, residential, financial, social and other needs of the consumer.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Serve as an intricate member of the LES team to ensure continuity of care and supports the services 24 hours a day, seven days per week as necessary </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Provides structured face-to-face scheduled sessions to client based on the treatment plans </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Provide services in the home, school, office and community setting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensure that the majority of mental health services are primarily rendered in the community and ensure that limited services remain clinic based. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Documentation completed within 72 hours of service or phone call</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Report to supervision and in-house trainings as scheduled</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Work collaboratively with and provide ongoing updates to the clinical team including psychiatrist as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Identify, establish, and continually collaborate with community agencies, providers, and natural supports and advise team to make referrals as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Listen/respond to; interact with clients, co-workers, management, and other professionals in a non-judgmental manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Communicate objectively, thoroughly, accurately, concisely in a manner consistent with the cognitive level of the persons involved.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrate an understanding and acceptance of the organizational mission and shared purpose to assist individuals by providing quality services. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Participate in efforts to enhance service provision to consumers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Act and interact to build cohesiveness. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Assist with building a positive image for the agency by demonstrating support and cooperation with other units and community agencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrate professional work ethics as evidenced by overall dependability, conscientiousness, and timeliness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensure all necessary licenses and/or certifications remain current</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>",
