As a not‑for‑profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), we offer independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care—providing a full continuum of care in a welcoming, resident‑centered environment. Our community is built on compassion, connection, and a shared commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our Nursing leadership team. The ADON plays a key role in ensuring high‑quality clinical care, regulatory compliance, and a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff. Shift: Saturday/Sunday 7:00am-11:00pm RN Unit Care Coordinator The RN Unit Care Coordinator is accountable for clinical Care management functions and employee performance assessments to assure delivery of quality health care and services consistent with regulatory compliance and facility policies, procedures, standards and financial objectives. The RN Unit Care Coordinator supervises all nursing personnel on the assigned unit and performs resident care duties as needed on the assigned unit. Minimal Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred. Minimal Experience: Minimum of three (3) years Registered Nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility. One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred. Other Qualifications: Current Nursing License CPR certification Strong communication, leadership skills and interpersonal relationship skills. Demonstrated clinical competency and provision of expert care to patients with either predictable or unpredictable
