Ideal candidates would have an expressed interest in handcrafted products, a keen attention to detail and a desire to work within a casual environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Night Shift </strong><strong>Work Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12:00am</p>\n<p><strong>Night Shift Production Wage:</strong> $18.00/hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Day Shift </strong><strong>Work Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm</p>\n<p><strong>Day Shift Production Wage:</strong> $17.00/hour</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of how to use equipment and materials properly.</li>\n <li>Skill of operating machinery and tools in a safe manner.</li>\n <li>Skill of working with hands effectively.</li>\n <li>Ability to be trained in Production procedures.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret written information.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Ability to get along with others and to work well in a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>COMPETENCIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Team Oriented</strong> – Ability to get along with others and to work well in a team environment.</li>\n <li><strong>Technical Aptitude</strong> – Ability and willingness to move around and be trained in surrounding areas or departments.</li>\n <li><strong>Customer Focus</strong> - Knows who internal customers are. Skill of operating machinery and tools in a safe manner. Ability to be trained in machine operation.</p>",
