Your contributions will help ensure our products meet the high standards that make RiteScreen a leader in the industry while fostering an efficient, safe, and collaborative work environment.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p><strong>Assembly &amp; Tool Operation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Use hand tools and pneumatic equipment, such as staking machines, to construct screen frames to specifications and customer requirements.</li><li>Periodically inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality and consistency standards.</li><li>Maintain a steady flow of materials and products between production stages.</li></ul><p><strong>Quality Assurance</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Monitor the production process for inconsistencies and report concerns to your supervisor promptly.</li><li>Identify and resolve minor production issues and escalate more significant problems as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Maintenance</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Keep tools, equipment, and workstations in good working order to support smooth operations.</li><li>Alert materials handlers when supplies or replacements are required to minimize downtime.</li></ul><p><strong>Safety and Collaboration</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Adhere to all RiteScreen safety protocols, including PPE guidelines, and participate in ongoing safety training.</li><li>Follow 5S principles daily to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.</li><li>Collaborate with your teammates, cross-train in other areas, and communicate effectively to enhance productivity and versatility.</li></ul><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li><li>2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Must be 18 years old</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.</li><li>Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Stand frequently and perform repetitive tasks in a steady-paced environment.</li><li>Move about the facility to access products and machinery.</li><li>Lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.</li><li>Utilize manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination to assemble products and operate machinery.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join RiteScreen?</strong></p><p>At RiteScreen, we&rsquo;re not just building screens &ndash; we&rsquo;re building careers.
