          "text": "<p>As a <strong>Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance Engineer</strong>, you will contribute to the certification of safety-critical avionics systems.</p><p>You will work closely with with senior SQA engineers and certification specialists to provide&#xa0;<strong>Quality Assurance Plans (SQAP/HPAP)</strong>&#xa0;to ensure certification compliance.&#xa0; For this role, we are seeking <strong>mid-level to senior engineers </strong>with a good experience in <strong>SQA and certification in aerospace/avionics (preferred)</strong>. You will have the opportunity to grow into a full compliance role such as being certification liaison or safety and cybersecurity specialist. The position also requires the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned tasks.</p><ul><li>Support DO-178C and DO-254 certification activities (SOI-1 through SOI-4) across multiple programs, working closely with senior SQA engineers</li><li>Assist in preparation, review, and refinement of certification artifacts (PSAC/PHAC, SDP/HDP, SVP/HVP, SCMP/CMP, etc.) to ensure consistency and quality</li><li>Develop, review and accept Quality Assurance Plans (SQAP/HPAP) to ensure certification compliance.</li><li>Perform SQA audits, compliance checks, and support gap tracking between planned processes and actual execution</li><li>Understand, update, and maintain QMS systems in compliance with ISO9001, AS91000, and other equivalent industry standards in addition to ensuring compliance to customer specific standards.</li><li>Support day-to-day certification execution, including:<ul><li>Organizing deliverables</li><li>Tracking review comments and closures</li><li>Maintaining certification evidence packages</li></ul></li><li>Participate in configuration management and change control activities (e.g., CCB, baseline tracking)</li><li>Assist in preparing for customer, DER, and internal audits</li><li>Work closely with engineering teams to ensure certification requirements are properly implemented and understood</li><li>Learn and support traceability activities (SRQ/HLR/LLR/test/evidence)</li><li>Contribute to improving internal SQA processes, templates, and workflows to enable repeatable certification execution</li><li>Shadow and learn from senior SQA engineers to build deep knowledge of FAA certification approach and tools</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
