You should be confident in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">sourcing rates, computing charges, and building competitive quotes</span> with speed and precision.</p>\n<p>If you thrive under pressure, manage volume with accuracy, and understand that every quote drives revenue—this role is for you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Who We Need</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Rates &amp; Pricing Management - </span>Take ownership of gathering, analyzing, and maintaining freight rates from carriers, co-loaders, and suppliers. Evaluate rate competitiveness and ensure pricing is aligned with market conditions and client requirements.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quotation Development - </span>Prepare accurate and competitive quotations by <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">computing end-to-end charges</span> (freight, surcharges, duties, and other costs). Structure pricing strategically to support the sales team in winning business while protecting margins.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Commercial Support to Sales - </span>Work closely with the sales team to translate client requirements into tailored pricing solutions. Provide recommendations on rate strategy, cost breakdowns, and service options.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Coordination - </span>Serve as a key point of contact for quotation-related inquiries, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and a smooth customer experience.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Contract &amp; Vendor Management - </span>Coordinate with carriers and partners to validate rates, clarify terms, and ensure all commercial agreements are accurate and up to date.
