Our culture is built on clear communication, technical excellence, and continuous innovation.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Architectural Technician</span> with expertise in Autodesk Revit and a degree in architecture. This role supports the development of BIM models, scan-to-BIM workflows, and high-quality construction documents in coordination with our remote, interdisciplinary team.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce accurate architectural drawings and models using Revit.</li>\n<li>Execute scan-to-BIM workflows by converting point cloud data into usable design models.</li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of design and construction documentation sets.</li>\n<li>Coordinate architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams.</li>\n<li>Perform code analysis and support quality control reviews for compliance with applicable standards (including IBC).</li>\n<li>Collaborate across multiple project phases, from schematic design to construction documents.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).</li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation standards.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of IBC and relevant design codes.</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with multifamily residential projects.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.</li>\n<li>Experience working with point cloud data or 3D laser scan deliverables.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Our Team?</span></p>\n<p>At Ayoroa Simmons, we invest in people and technology to deliver exceptional results in surveying, design, and BIM.
