    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"1002\" data-pasted=\"true\">MasterMold LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented <strong data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"668\">General Labor / Manufacturing Operators</strong> to support multiple areas of our production process, including press operations, secondary fabrication, paint line support, and quality inspection. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer requirements are met through proper material handling, equipment operation, cosmetic inspection, and adherence to work instructions.</p><p data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1071\">Operators may rotate between departments based on production needs.</p><h3 data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1101\"><strong data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1101\">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1151\">Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><h4 data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1194\"><strong data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1194\">Production &amp; Equipment Operation</strong></h4><ul data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1548\"><li data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1250\"><p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1250\">Operate presses and secondary manufacturing equipment</p></li><li data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1327\"><p data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1327\">Load and unload raw materials and finished parts onto fixtures and presses</p></li><li data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1410\"><p data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1410\">Weigh, arrange, and prepare fiberglass and resin materials per work instructions</p></li><li data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1484\"><p data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1484\">Maintain basic knowledge of press, fabrication, assembly, and paint line operations</p></li><li data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1548\"><p data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1548\">Maintain required production rates and follow daily schedules</p></li></ul><h4 data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1581\"><strong data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1581\">Fabrication &amp;
