    "description_html": "<p><b>Job Title:</b> Protestant Coordinator of Religious Education (CRE)</p><p><b>location : </b>MCB Quantico Chapel, Quantico, VA</p><p><b>Job Type :</b> Part-time</p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate Protestant religious education programs for children and youth, Pre-K through 12th grade.</li><li>Support Sunday School, Children's Church, Bible studies, and Awana Club programs.</li><li>Help plan Vacation Bible School (VBS), youth activities, special events, and seasonal programs.</li><li>Recruit, train, and support volunteer teachers and ministry workers.</li><li>Maintain registration, attendance records, calendars, curriculum materials, and program files.</li><li>Coordinate with the Protestant Chaplain/DRE, chapel staff, parents, and volunteers to ensure successful program delivery.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications :</b></p><ul><li>Must be of the Protestant faith.</li><li>Experience in Protestant religious education, children's ministry, youth ministry, or Christian education.</li><li>Broad understanding of Protestant denominations and Christian faith formation.</li><li>Experience teaching, leading, or coordinating programs for children and youth is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.</li><li>Ability to operate basic audio/visual equipment for presentations and classroom instruction.</li><li>Must pass required background checks and installation access requirements.</li><li>Must complete mandatory reporter training as required by DoD policy.</li><li>Flexible availability for Sundays, occasional evenings, Vacation Bible School, and special chapel events.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience supporting military chapel programs or church education ministries.</li><li>Experience recruiting and managing volunteers.</li><li>Familiarity with curriculum planning and faith-based educational programs.</li></ul>",
