Formal trade schooling is a massive asset.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Traveler:</span> You are ready to hit the road for projects in Jasper, Banff, and beyond.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Leader:</span> You don't wait for instructions. You see a gap and fill it. You take pride in a clean site and a perfect finish.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction safety standards with the ability to identify and mitigate on-site hazards.</li>\n<li>Bonus: experience working on heritage renovations, high-end commercial interiors, or luxury hospitality projects (e.g., 5-star hotels).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Interior Systems:</span> Execute and oversee T-bar/ceiling grid installations and metal stud framing.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Finish:</span> Perform high-standard mudding, taping, and sanding for paint-ready finishes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Versatility:</span> Install various flooring types and architectural millwork/carpentry.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Site Flow:</span> Work alongside the Site Supervisor to coordinate trades and ensure the project stays on schedule.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety:</span> Lead by example.
