    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Revpanda Group</span> is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Affiliate Manager</span> with a strong background in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">iGaming industry</span>. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing relationships with affiliate partners across Tier-1 markets, while driving sustainable growth through strategic outreach and performance management.</p>\n<p>You’ll split your focus between <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">acquiring new affiliate partners</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">managing existing accounts</span>, ensuring long-term success and profitability for both sides.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners across multiple channels.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize engagement and revenue.</li>\n<li>Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and incentives that align with business objectives.</li>\n<li>Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance using tools such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Voluum</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Google Search Console</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ahrefs</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SEMrush</span>.</li>\n<li>Manage affiliate payments, commission structures, and invoicing processes accurately and on time.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to expand affiliate portfolios globally and increase traffic volumes.</li>\n<li>Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI, providing detailed performance insights and actionable recommendations.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Product) to ensure affiliate campaigns meet quality and regulatory standards.</li>\n<li>Attend expos and industry events to strengthen partnerships and identify new business opportunities.</li>\n<li>Communicate with partners primarily via <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Telegram</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Microsoft Teams</span>; calls are conducted as needed.</li>\n<li>Maintain CRM updates and pipeline tracking through <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><a href=\"http://monday.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Monday.com</a></span>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3 years of experience</span> in a similar affiliate management role within the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">iGaming industry</span>.</li>\n<li>Proven record in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">affiliate recruitment, retention, and revenue growth</span>.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">casino products in tier-1 markets</span>, major competitors, and affiliate market trends.</li>\n<li>Excellent <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">sales, negotiation, and relationship management</span> skills.</li>\n<li>Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Google Search Console</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ahrefs </span>and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Voluum</span>.</li>\n<li>Experience with CRM systems (preferably <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><a href=\"http://monday.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Monday.com</a></span>).</li>\n<li>Ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">strategize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects</span> in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">English</span>.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.</li>\n<li>Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Friendly and supportive colleagues.</li>\n<li>Health insurance after the probation period ends.</li>\n<li>Diverse opportunities for professional growth and career development.</li>\n<li>Extensive benefits package.</li>\n<li>Birthday day off.</li>\n<li>\"Refer a friend\" bonus.</li>\n<li>Possibility to work remotely (hybrid work model offered after probation period).</li>\n<li>Corporate events and monthly remote team buildings.</li>\n<li>Modern, ergonomic, and pet-friendly office in the city center (Riga, Latvia).</li>\n<li>Corporate travel opportunities.</li>\n</ul>",
