You will identify privacy risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor compliance status. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy considerations into business processes and product development, while promoting privacy awareness across the organization.</p>\n                              <p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Job responsibilities:</strong></p>\n                              <ul>\n                              <li>Develop and implement a firmwide privacy controls strategy by identifying key areas of improvement and overseeing implementation.</li>\n                              <li>Manage a privacy metrics strategy to measure and report on the effectiveness of privacy initiatives.</li>\n                              <li>Establish key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to track privacy performance.</li>\n                              <li>Oversee governance of privacy-related documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.</li>\n                              <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to review, update, and publish privacy documents.</li>\n                              <li>Develop a privacy risk management framework to proactively manage privacy risks.</li>\n                              <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the firm’s privacy program.</li>\n                              <li>Establish and improve privacy policies, procedures, and standards.</li>\n                              <li>Support preparation of materials for regulatory inquiries.</li>\n                              <li>Engage with stakeholders to drive privacy initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.</li>\n                              </ul>\n                              <p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</strong></p>\n                              <ul>\n                              <li>Understanding of privacy laws and regulations.</li>\n                              <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n                              <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n                              <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.</li>\n                              <li>Familiarity with data protection technologies and practices.</li>\n                              <li>Understanding of IT systems and data management.</li>\n                              <li>Strong interpersonal skills;
