We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the full-time position (100%) of Polymers Operations in our office in London.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer a hybrid-work schedule along with tremendous room for development within a growing team and company. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Execute and manage the full operational cycle of trades (product, documentation, and payment flow)</span></li>\n<li><span>Issue and maintain sales orders and purchase orders in the ERP system</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate shipment activities (vessel, container, truck), including loading and discharge operations</span></li>\n<li><span>Arrange freight bookings, submit shipping instructions, and review shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading)</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare and manage all trade-related documentation (transport documents, certificates of origin, customs documentation)</span></li>\n<li><span>Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any operational issues</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain accurate and timely data entry in ERP systems in line with company policies</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Credit, Compliance, Commercial) to support trade execution</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate shipment status and updates to local and international stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span>Build and maintain relationships with logistics providers, warehouses, inspection companies, and other service providers</span></li>\n<li><span>Negotiate rates and service terms with third-party logistics providers when required</span></li>\n<li><span>Evaluate transportation options to ensure safe and compliant product handling</span></li>\n<li><span>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide high-quality customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience &amp; Qualifications </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain, or related business field (required)</li>\n<li>French (required)</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)</li>\n<li>Experience working in an ERP system (preferred)</li>\n<li>Prior experience in logistics or physical commodity movements (preferred) <br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary and benefits commensurate with experience. <br>Equal Opportunity Employer. </p>",
