You’ll support inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and reconditioning work while also having the opportunity to complete factory training.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Why This Role Stands Out</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive hourly rate plus bonuses</li>\n <li>Work with a premium Land Rover brand</li>\n <li>Factory training opportunities</li>\n <li>Focus on pre-owned vehicle inspections and repairs</li>\n <li>Growing service team with steady shop support</li>\n <li>Opportunity to build deeper diagnostic and repair experience</li>\n <li>Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be available or required based on shop needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What You’ll Do</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing pre-owned vehicle inspections and repairs</li>\n <li>Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, diesel, and drivability concerns</li>\n <li>Working on brakes, steering, suspension, engines, drivetrains, HVAC, emissions, and electrical systems</li>\n <li>Road-testing vehicles for diagnostics and quality control</li>\n <li>Completing repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards</li>\n <li>Documenting clear condition, cause, and correction notes</li>\n <li>Using CDK and dealership systems to track time, repair orders, inspections, and recommendations</li>\n <li>Communicating accurate labour estimates and repair recommendations to the Service Advisor</li>\n <li>Completing visual quality checks before vehicles are returned to guests</li>\n <li>Keeping your bay, tools, and shared work areas clean, safe, and organized</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What You Bring</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous automotive service technician experience</li>\n <li>Strong ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles</li>\n <li>Experience with pre-owned vehicle inspections or reconditioning is an asset</li>\n <li>Comfortable working with dealership processes, repair orders, and documentation</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and pride in fixing it right the first time</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n <li>Willingness to complete factory or manufacturer training</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work overtime or Saturdays when needed</li>\n <li>Your own standard and specialized technician tools</li>\n <li>A valid driver’s license</li>\n <li>Luxury, import, Land Rover, Jaguar, European brand, or dealership experience would be considered a strong asset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Go Auto, our values matter.
