Ability to&nbsp;maintain records and&nbsp;create reports.</p><p>Ability to supervise and develop subordinate and volunteer work.</p><p>Ability to&nbsp;present ideas&nbsp;and recommendations clearly and&nbsp;concisely, both&nbsp;orally and&nbsp;in writing.
