Description

Description Structure Tone, Part of the STO Building Group is looking to add an Administrative Assistant for a project we have in Poughkeepsie, NY. They will be responsible for reviewing all project documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. Help each of our project teams adhere to record retention policies, safeguard information, and retrieve data more effectively. Administrative Assistant Duties Provide general administrative and technical support to the team   Work with company business units and our insurance brokers to satisfy requests for certificates of insurance, auto ID cards and policy endorsements   Maintain a variety of records, including schedules of insurance, vehicles, drivers and drones, as well as real and personal property   Assist with the collection, organization and analysis of data necessary for the development of insurance renewal submissions   Organize, maintain and update electronic files and templates   Track and file binding documents, policies and invoices, reviewing for accuracy and consistency   Work with marketing on the development of internal and external education, marketing and presentation materials   Assume responsibility for coordinating various department projects and initiatives in support of business and department goals and objectives   Support the local Executives, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports Qualifications 3+ years of administrative experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience.
