The candidate will complete installations, calibrations and troubleshooting for customers and work side-by-side with the Precision Construction Sales Specialists to deliver outstanding customer experience.</span></h1><h1><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Essential Functions</span></h1><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Articulate and promote customer benefits of technology and value that Murphy Technology Solutions provides customers.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Have a clear understanding of grade control activities and applications that take place on customer job sites.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Install, calibrate, and prepare machine control systems and verify optimal performance prior to machine delivery.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support and diagnose customer issues with machine control systems or jobsite grade management and perform repairs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Set-up base and rovers and localize jobsites as needed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support Precision Construction Sales Specialists with technical questions</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Deliver customer and internal training for machine control and grade management.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintain technology and industry knowledge and expertise.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintain inventory of grade control systems, components, and tools.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Collaborate with our team on new products and continuous improvement opportunities.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Keep up to date on competitive offerings and differences.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><h1><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Other Functions</span></h1><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assist with other duties assigned and directed by corporate management within the framework of Murphy Tractor and Equipment Company, Inc.&rsquo;s objectives.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><h1><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</span></h1><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Able to communicate effectively and professionally.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Strong focus on customer service.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Strong knowledge of Grade Control Solutions and construction equipment technology.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Good skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for demonstration purposes.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Able to maintain a standard operating Driver&rsquo;s License.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Strong attention to detail.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Able to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Self-Motivated</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Able to meet commitments and deadlines.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Able to complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Able to work a flexible schedule as needed.</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete within time constraints.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Demonstrates openness to new procedures, technology and structure.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><h1><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Physical Requirements and Work Schedule</span></h1><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Employee must be able to do occasional lifting of up to 60 lbs., crawl and climb on/under heavy equipment, walk over construction/excavation sites (irregular terrain), stoop, bend, kneel, twist and stand for extended periods of time.
