    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Job Purpose</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The role supports DP World Global Sanctions Programme in Freight Forwarding / Logistics operations.</span></span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The individual will work as part of Sanctions Compliance team and will conduct compliance assessments for international cross-border transactions and third party relationships, with a specific focus on ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to economic sanctions and trade compliance (e.g., export controls) across DP World Freight Forwarding / Logistics operations.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">This helps ensure&nbsp;</span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">that DP World conducts its business at the highest level of integrity and in full compliance with the applicable national and international laws and regulations, as well as the Group’s internal policies, professional standards and best industry practices.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The role requires strong knowledge of international Sanctions and Export Controls laws, experience with logistics operations, handling controlled dual-use and military goods, as well as problem-solving and analytical skills. Most decisions are expected to be made independently and with a high degree of accuracy.</span></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Key Accountabilities</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Perform sanctions and trade compliance due diligence of third parties and international cross-border transactions to support DP World’s Global Freight Forwarding / Logistics operations.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Identify and assess key compliance risks associated with escalations at second level review.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Communicate with business line when further information and/or documentation is required as part of compliance alerts analysis.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Document 2<sup>nd</sup>-level escalations risk analysis and decisions rationale.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Escalate cases with increased compliance risks to the relevant Compliance Manager.
