As part of the Investment Team, you will have exposure to a wide variety of investment related tasks and projects and you will gain experience in a multi-cultural business environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key tasks</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in monitoring and analysing Micro Finance Institutions (MFI) and Finance Institutions (FI) from a financial and social impact perspective and independently perform investment-related tasks;</li>\n<li>Conduct desk research regarding country risk, regulatory and competitive environment of Latin American investees as well as potential new markets;</li>\n<li>Support the Latin American private debt investment team in portfolio analysis and investors reporting;</li>\n<li>Assist Investment Officers in communication with the financial institutions (FIs), BlueOrchard Finance’s Offices worldwide  and third parties;</li>\n<li>Organize and maintain client electronic and physical files and update all relevant documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required skills and experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous internship experience is required.</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of the financial system and financial analysis for Financial Institutions (including main ratios) is required.</li>\n<li>Strong academic record in financial analyses, business administration, related fields or a similar professional experience; Master’s degree desirable;</li>\n<li>Structured and analytical thinking, with ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously;</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel and Power Point; VBA skill is a plus;</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Spanish and English.
