Our integrated facilities located in California, Texas, and Virginia specialize in process development, scale-up, and cGMP compliant production from kilograms to multi-ton quantities.&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA (greater Sacramento area). We are a 24/7/365 manufacturing facility, so this position will be off-shift.&nbsp;</p><p>The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the successful completion of assigned activities including the maintenance, construction, installation, alteration and repair of on-site buildings, structures, facilities, equipment and machinery. Organize and direct the work of individuals and/or project teams in all aspects of assigned projects. Assures that activities within defined scope are accomplished in accordance with Company policies, sound business practices and are in compliance with FDA and OSHA regulations. &nbsp;With little to no supervision from the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for supporting various maintenance functions such as: Maximo Admin, coordination between the contractors and AMPAC personnel on a daily basis and for planning and coordinating construction activities. &nbsp;Directly supervises individual bargaining unit employees.&nbsp;</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>Provides direction to subordinates guided by established policies and precedents.
