Operating within the Cumberland Heights Model of Care, this contractor works closely with clinical treatment teams to provide a seamless service experience for the patient.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a non-salaried, independent contractor position. The therapist is responsible for managing their own schedule and fulfilling agreed-upon service expectations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintains a caseload consistent with agreed-upon service arrangements of patients and/or families as assigned and coordinates their care.</li><li>Collaborates with Cumberland Heights patients and clinical providers as appropriate to assess and diagnose co-occurring disorders.</li><li>Provides input into individualized plans of care with treatment teams.</li><li>Facilitates individual and group therapy within scope of practice.</li><li>Maintains timely and accurate documentation of clinical activities in the electronic medical record.</li><li>Participates in treatment team meetings and consultations.</li><li>Provides crisis intervention and de-escalation services, as appropriate within scope of practice.</li><li>May facilitates trainings as mutually agreed.</li><li>Represents the organization at professional meetings as needed.</li><li>Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment.</li><li>Maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations of patient and company information.</li><li>May provide additional agreed-upon services within scope of practice.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
