Learn more about our <a href=\"https://hrportal.ehr.com/applied/\" target=\"_blank\"><span><u>benefits</u></span></a>. </p><p></p><p>As a <b>Supplier Quality Engineer </b>, you will drive supplier performance, lead qualification activities, resolve quality issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives</p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities:</b></p><div><ul><li><p>Selection, qualification, and auditing of new and existing suppliers</p></li><li><p>Support in validating suppliers’ series production capabilities (statistical process control, implementation of test methods, spare parts management)</p></li><li><p>Ensuring reliable capacity and infrastructure for high‑volume production at the supplier</p></li><li><p>Participation in operational and strategic procurement projects (dual sourcing, change management, capacity projects)</p></li><li><p>Execution and technical leadership of the product qualification process for critical modules</p></li><li><p>Integration into the NPI development process in close collaboration with the engineering department</p></li><li><p>Support of supplier quality control management to continuously improve product standards</p></li></ul></div><p></p><p></p><p><b>Qualification and experience: </b></p><div><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field</p></li><li><p>At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in special‑purpose machinery or equipment manufacturing</p></li><li><p>Experience with supplier management and supplier qualification</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of manufacturing engineering practices, techniques, and methodologies</p></li><li><p>Confident handling of technical drawings and specifications</p></li><li><p>Customer‑ and goal‑oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility</p></li><li><p>Flexibility and willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams</p></li><li><p>Enjoyment of working in a high‑performance team in close coordination with various specialist departments on site and within the group</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills in German and English</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Sounds interesting?
