    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>The Electrical/Electronics Engineer will ensure the operational functionality of system releases by focusing on all aspects of system design and engineering/integration. The Electrical/Electronics Engineer will work with program stakeholders, development and support teams to develop and integrate secure capabilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing on-site engineering, support, and research of SIGINT/IO/EW/CSO systems</li>\n <li>Identifying, de-conflicting, and orchestrating integration of innovative technology being developed throughout the community</li>\n <li>Planning, testing, and providing technical expertise to the identification of innovative technology within the community</li>\n <li>Evaluating vendor capabilities to provide required products and services</li>\n <li>Analyzing, interpreting, and generating engineering schematics and change notices</li>\n <li>Performing system and performance modeling</li>\n <li>Conducting root cause analysis</li>\n <li>Designing hardware with respect to component/assembly analysis, specification, integration, and testing</li>\n <li>Providing RF system/subsystem analysis and specification review</li>\n <li>Providing engineering support to the process of integrating novel solutions to existing Programs of Record (POR)</li>\n <li>Providing transition support of newly identified and innovative technology to existing PORs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>#LI-AM1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline</li>\n <li>Six years of full-time professional experience working as an electrical/electronic engineer</li>\n <li>Four years in professional experience in each of the following skill-sets/disciplines:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Performing systems engineering activities on Cryptologic Carry-On Equipment (COE) or Electronic Warfare (EW) Programs, involving fully integrated tactical systems for military intelligence programs ashore and afloat</li>\n   <li>Demonstrated engineering experience on U.S. Navy and warfare systems and their systems integration process as it relates to distribution systems impacts, mission, performance, and interoperability impacts</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Three years of experience professional experience in each of the following skill-sets/disciplines:\n  <ul>\n   <li>COE/EW concepts and operations deployment</li>\n   <li>Radio Frequency (RF) design and analysis (e.g. propagation prediction measurement, receiver modeling, analysis, and design, detection and signal characterization processing, non-cooperative demodulation processing for signals of interest, and antenna array modeling)</li>\n   <li>Operating systems experience in Windows and Linux</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Requires a TS/SCI clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>None</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL</strong></p>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>10% annual travel</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
