If you take pride in hands-on work, love seeing a boat come together, and enjoy being part of a team that builds world-class offshore vessels, this role might be the perfect fit.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>· &nbsp;Wash, clean, and detail boats inside and out</p><p>· &nbsp;Perform final finish work on windows, upholstery, canvas, isinglass, bilges, and fiberglass</p><p>· &nbsp;Prep boats for delivery and complete thorough final inspections</p><p>· &nbsp;Identify defects or touch-ups and communicate rework needs to production leads</p><p>· &nbsp;Strip, caulk, and etch boats as needed to achieve a pristine finish</p><p>· &nbsp;Safely use buffers, polishers, and detailing products</p><p>· &nbsp;Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe</p><p>· &nbsp;Pitch in with other production and delivery tasks when needed</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>· &nbsp;Experience in marine, automotive, or similar detailing preferred</p><p>· &nbsp;Knowledge of cleaning products, waxes, degreasers, and proper detailing techniques</p><p>· &nbsp;Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks</p><p>· &nbsp;Comfortable working on ladders, platforms, and around various boat structures</p><p>· &nbsp;Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently or with a team</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>· &nbsp;Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and twisting</p><p>· &nbsp;Standing and walking for 8+ hours</p><p>· &nbsp;Working in a non-climate-controlled environment</p><p>· &nbsp;Required PPE: safety glasses and closed-toe shoes; hearing protection as needed</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>· &nbsp;Competitive weekly pay</p><p>· &nbsp;Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, company-paid life &amp; disability + more!</p><p>· &nbsp;401(k) with company match</p><p>· &nbsp;Paid time off and holidays&nbsp;</p><p>· &nbsp;A collaborative, people-focused workplace built on craftsmanship and innovation</p><p><br></p><p>Please note: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.&nbsp;</p>",
