    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 22px\">CUSTODIAN</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>JOB SUMMARY</p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p>The custodian is responsible for the overall cleanliness and attractiveness of the clinic.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cleans and dusts desks, tables, chairs, counters, etc.</li>\n<li>Mops, buffs, or vacuums portions of clinic floors.</li>\n<li>Responsible for cleaning kitchen area.</li>\n<li>Maintains clean restrooms and assures the availability of soap, towels, tissue, etc.</li>\n<li>Assumes stock control for supplies.</li>\n<li>Performs routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies.</li>\n<li>Responsible for the appearance of the center grounds.</li>\n<li>Sanitizes all exam rooms, lab, x-ray, etc.</li>\n<li>Simple maintenance as assigned by supervisor.</li>\n<li>Adheres to the terms and conditions set forth in BSHC’s corporate compliance program.</li>\n<li>Ensures confidential information in accordance with BSHC’s policy and current HIPAA regulations.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n<li>Experience in janitorial work preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to follow instructions, operate cleaning equipment and keep a supply inventory.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requires physical work; heavy lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds.</li>\n<li>Moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, and/or unpleasant odors.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
