This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative program dedicated to supporting youth and their families during critical moments.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As part of a unique public-private partnership, Eagle Quest operates The Harbor Juvenile Assessment Centers; providing a coordinated, community-based approach to assessment, stabilization, and connection to services. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview &amp; Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Family Resource Specialist works directly with youth and their families to assess needs, provide immediate support, and connect them to appropriate community resources and referrals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to build trust while ensuring timely follow-up and positive outcomes.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Complete family centered screenings to identify needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide support, guidance, and resource navigation for the family</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Connect families to community-based services and referrals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain consistent follow-up communication to ensure successful service linkage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver a welcoming, safe, and supportive experience for all clients</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: 400\"><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Available Sites and Shifts</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>North: Full-Time | Wednesday-Sunday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM </li>\n<li>Henderson: Part-Time | Friday-Sunday 2:00 PM-10:00 PM</li>\n<li>Flamingo: Full-Time | Saturday-Sunday 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Wednesday 2pm-10pm</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychiatric Nursing, or a closely related field required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Ability to successfully pass an FBI background check and Nevada Child Abuse and Neglect Registry clearance (required)</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated passion for supporting at-risk youth and their families in achieving positive, sustainable outcomes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At least two (2) years of verifiable experience working with youth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Flexibility to travel and provide coverage at other Harbor Juvenile Assessment Center locations, community locations, and/or Eagle Quest home office within Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas, as needed</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We welcome candidates who:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Are bilingual (Spanish/English)· Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and client care</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Have experience with Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, Social Services, Mental Health, or Education</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">We offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li> Competitive compensation</li>\n<li> Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance options<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">401(k) plan with company match</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Eagle Quest – A Great Place to Work</span> At Eagle Quest, we strive every day to fulfill our mission: <em>help members of our community reach new heights through quality behavioral healthcare and unmatched customer service</em>.
