Located in the heart of the city, we blend timeless culinary standards with a refined, modern atmosphere. Our team is dedicated to delivering excellence in every dish and creating memorable guest experiences through genuine service and deliberate attention to detail.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Support servers in delivering attentive, polished food and beverage service, embracing the mindset that “every table is your station”.</li><li>Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting with menus, specials, and promotions as needed.</li><li>Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system and ensure timely, precise delivery from the kitchen or bar.</li><li>Confirm order accuracy and check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Demonstrate full knowledge of menu and bar offerings and confidently make recommendations.</li><li>Assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables to support smooth service flow.</li><li>Complete opening, running, and closing side work to keep service areas organized and prepared.</li><li>Adhere to all state and federal alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest age and monitoring responsible consumption.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the service and culinary teams to create a seamless guest experience.</li><li>Participate in ongoing training, review shift notes, attend meetings, and uphold all company policies and service standards.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic restaurant schedule</li><li>Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor</li><li>A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences</li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Wages</li><li>Performance-Based Career Growth</li><li>Employee Dining Discounts</li><li>Equal Employment Opportunity</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Attention to Detail</li><li>Precision</li><li>Hospitality</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Communication</li><li>Ability to Work Under Pressure</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>Positive Attitude</li><li>Work Ethic</li></ul>",
