    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p>Working as a liaison between United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) and our clients is a truly rewarding position. As a Customer Care Servicing Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact among our mortgage clients, maintaining relationships that have been long-established, and being there to advise and direct as needed. All it takes is exceptional client service skills and a love of talking — this role is within the Customer Care team in Servicing, and will be heavily focused on phone contact with clients.</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Accepting incoming calls from all clients</li>\n <li>Making outbound calls to clients</li>\n <li>Responding to emails from clients</li>\n <li>Working various reports as assigned</li>\n <li>Aiding and overseeing our sub-servicer</li>\n <li>Cross-training to learn other areas of our Servicing team</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU</h2>\n<p><strong>Must Have Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years experience in customer service dealing with a high volume of calls OR 1+ year of experience working in the mortgage industry </li>\n <li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups, formulas and PivotTables</li>\n <li>Proficiency in MS Office</li>\n <li>Self-motivated with a strong work ethic</li>\n <li>Comfortable in a fast-moving environment</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and adapt</li>\n <li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Onsite, full-time attendance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years experience in mortgage servicing</li>\n <li>Bilingual in English and Spanish</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>THE PLACE & THE PERKS</h2>\n<p>Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
