Collectively, Hanger employees touch thousands of lives each day, helping people achieve new levels of mobility and freedom.</p>\n<h2>Could This Be For You?</h2>\n<p>The Fabrication coordinator will be a vital member of the facility, responsible for completion of operational dashboards, reporting, facilitating annual core training, managing Gemba schedule, attendance tracking and coordinating other related tasks within the facility.</p>\n<h2>Your Impact</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong><u>Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):</u></strong></p><p> </p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Facilitate completion of operational dashboards for performance measuring and reporting </li>\n   <li>Assist leadership in supporting new hire onboarding and orientation. </li>\n   <li>Track and facilitate annual core training for all staff. </li>\n   <li>Coordinate and organize seminars and meetings. </li>\n   <li>Support, create, and administer employee recognition initiatives. </li>\n   <li>Support meetings (schedule invites, distribute minutes, etc. </li>\n   <li>Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory control based on operational standards (Operational Excellence)</li>\n   <li>Provide support to fabrication department as needed (e.g. occasionally fabricate devices)</li>\n   <li>Assist leadership in receiving and screening incoming customer service communications, answering questions, researching and resolving problems and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. </li>\n   <li>Assist the team by initiating contact with internal customers (Clinicians) and assisting with improving relationships by identifying potential issues before they arise.</li>\n   <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n   <li>Scheduling entries of incoming work as well as closing them at the end of the workday</li>\n  </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Job Characteristics</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Knowledge and Skill:</u></strong></p><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook.</li>\n   <li>Team player that supports the common goals of the team to meet all processing service level agreements.</li>\n   <li>Ability to function in a fast-paced environment (organize, multi-task & prioritize, while keeping a focus on short- and long-term objectives)</li>\n   <li>Detail oriented and high level of accuracy to meet deadlines.</li>\n   <li>Ability to organize events, coordinating many factors for successful execution.</li>\n   <li>Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization.</li>\n  </ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Job Complexity:</u></strong></p><p> </p><p>Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. This pay range is posted to comply with State Law.
