The EMS Installation Technician must have the ability to follow and give instructions, demonstrate a strong concern for safety, and adhere to all company policies while promoting them to others. Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Automation) preferred</li>\n <li>4+ years of related commercial experience preferred</li>\n <li>State Licensed in low voltage (if required by state)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with current NEC and local codes</li>\n <li>Possess all necessary basic hand tools for electrical work</li>\n <li>Experience installing electrical systems in commercial environments; control systems experience preferred</li>\n <li>Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment effectively</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance </li>\n   <li>Must not exceed ladder ratings, ensuring safe use according to manufacturer guidelines </li>\n   <li>Capable of handling and maneuvering heavy equipment, tools, and materials during installations and repairs </li>\n   <li>Ability to safely lift, carry, and position equipment such as control panels, wiring, and components in various job site environments </li>\n   <li>Must be able to perform physical tasks that require bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting in confined spaces  </li>\n   <li>Excessive pulling, kneeling, and squatting  </li>\n   <li>Must be able to climb ladders multiple times  </li>\n   <li>Must be able to drive for extended hours which could require up to 8-10 hours of driving time or more</li>\n   <li>Must be able to operate a telephone, iPad, and company cell phone  </li>\n   <li>Must be able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day  </li>\n   <li>Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking   </li>\n   <li>Continuously requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching </li>\n   <li>Must be able to follow all safety protocols and procedures on jobs sites </li>\n   <li>Must be able to work on rooftops</li>\n   <li>Must be able to work in both <strong>outdoor and indoor temperature environments</strong>, adapting to varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) and temperature extremes in unheated or non-air-conditioned spaces</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>",
