Visit <a href=\"https://loanpeople.com\">https://loanpeople.com</a> to learn more.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage a personal pipeline daily to ensure all loans close on schedule.</li><li>Process various types of residential mortgage loans from initial file review through post-closing, including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and state-specific products such as TX refinance and DPA programs.</li><li>Accurately calculate all types of income including salaried, hourly, bonus/overtime, self-employment, rental, and retirement sources.</li><li>Review and validate findings from automated underwriting systems (DU and LP) and ensure compliance with Agency guidelines and investor overlays.</li><li>Communicate proactively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third-party vendors to obtain documentation, resolve issues, and keep all parties informed.</li><li>Ensure loan files meet all internal and investor guidelines, policies, and procedures prior to submission and funding.</li><li>Process and manage a minimum of 20-25 loans per month with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Identify and address potential issues early in the process to avoid delays in underwriting or closing.</li><li>Submit files to underwriting and follow up on outstanding conditions until clear-to-close is obtained.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the LOS.</li><li>Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of mortgage processing experience with a proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo programs; experience with Non-QM, USDA, MCC, and DPA programs a plus.</li><li>Proficient with AUS systems (DU and LP), AllRegs, and current agency/investor guidelines.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle the full file life cycle&mdash;from loan officer handoff through funding.</li><li>Advanced income analysis skills, including complex self-employment and layered income scenarios.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing roles.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask under pressure.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet deadlines.</li><li>Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and mortgage LOS platforms.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">LoanPeople is an equal employment opportunity employer.</span></p></div></div></div></div>\n",
