Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 15 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, grow, and lead the Regional Water Resources practice, building expertise in conveyance, storage, groundwater, water/wastewater treatment and general hydraulics best practices.</li>\n <li>Partner with Parkhill’s Marketing and Business Development teams to create and execute a regional business development plan aligned with the Civil Engineering Division strategy.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.</li>\n <li>Represent the firm as a technical expert in client meetings, interviews, and industry forums.</li>\n <li>Collaborate across office locations to leverage Parkhill’s collective water resources expertise.</li>\n <li>Mentor staff, ensuring consistent application of Parkhill’s keystone habits and technical excellence.</li>\n <li>Serve as Senior Project Manager or Project Principal on major water resources projects, providing technical oversight.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.</li>\n <li>Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in Texas.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Water Resources and/or water/wastewater treatment.</li>\n <li>Detailed understanding of engineering project management methos with the ability to plan a project from start to finish, considering time, cost, and resources.</li>\n <li>Experience working with state, regional, and/pr public agencies – municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties, and/or state agencies.</li>\n <li>Expert level knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety regulations.</li>\n <li>Proven success in practice growth, client development, and business acquisition.</li>\n <li>Strong technical expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, water/wastewater, and related civil engineering solutions.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical skills to evaluate their observations to design a system that will withstand the elements on the installation site</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
